Bug Description
Binary package hint: kcm-gtk
The bug was found in Kubuntu Lucid Beta 2: when we start an application, the items in the menubar in any application (for example: Dolphin), as well as the checkboxes and radiobuttons, display the text color in black, even if another color is specified by the user for displaying in the foreground - for example: white. This problem disappears when we open the gtkrc file correspondent of the specified theme in Kate (as root) and simply click the "save" button, then the color is correctly shown in the apps which are opened after this.
