Bug Description

Binary package hint: indicator-applet

Since I updated my system to Lucid, I can't reboot (or shutdown) my machine from GNOME. I have to access a terminal and run "sudo shutdown" or whatever.

When I do a reboot, I get the dialog asking me if I really want to. I click OK, the dialog disappears, but nothing else happens.

Thanks for taking time to report this bug. Is this still an issue or it was only a one time issue. I have also seen this problem one time.

affects: indicator-applet (Ubuntu) → indicator-session (Ubuntu)
Changed in indicator-session (Ubuntu):
importance: Undecided → Low
status: New → Incomplete

Looks like it stopped doing it. But it happened to me more than once before that.

Never mind, it just happened again. I think the only difference between this time and the previous one is that I rebooted.
