Bug Description

As noted in lp:185054#2, the copy of _zope_proxy_proxy.c used for macros in _zope_container_contained.c is no longer in sych with the trunk of the master copy in the zope.proxy file. In fact, the version in zope.container is older than any in the separate zope.proxy tree.
