Bug Description

I have a DVB-T USB stick that has a 15-PID hardware PID filter:

[95846.062565] dvb-usb: will use the device's hardware PID filter (table count: 15).

For some reason, this breaks scans when they arrive at the most crowded frequency in my area:

** (gnome-dvb-daemon:894): DEBUG: Scanner.vala:357: Starting scanning frequency 618000000 (8 left)
** (gnome-dvb-daemon:894): DEBUG: TerrestrialScanner.vala:153: Setting up pipeline for DVB-T scan
