KMail displays Akonadi error dialog on startup

Shortly after starting KMail, I get an Akonadi error dialog listing several errors. The saved error log is attached.

I'm not convinced this is the same as 564263, since his Akonadi reports success in test 5 (MySQL log contains errors) whereas mine fails.

Test 5 isn't fatal if it fails, iirc.
