Bug Description
Binary package hint: kdepim
The most recent update to kmail changed it from having a regular icon in the notification tray to one that works more like the other new ones. However, there is a critical piece missing: if you close the kmail window (but it's still running because of the icon), there's no way to reopen it again unless you have unread mail. Previously, clicking the icon opened/closed the kmail window, which was good, and right clicking gave you the menu. But now the new behaviour only gives you the menu, making it so that you can lose your window and not be able to read your mail.

See the attached screenshot. This shows the lack of an entry to show the window (the first entry is "Check Mail", the second is "Check Mail In" and I would expect it to have a secondary menu listing my accounts, but it doesn't seem to.)
