Bug Description
Binary package hint: apport
When using ubuntu-bug to file some bug reports recently I've filled out the summary and description for my bug report in Launchpad only to have Launchpad then OOPs on me. This has happened multiple times and I've had to recreate the description and summary each time. Needless to say this was not fun nor a worthwhile use of my time.
I was thinking that having a way to send the bug report via e-mail would help work around this issue. So someone would pass the -e switch to ubuntu-bug and be able to add in a summary (and maybe a description) and send it off. This seems less likely to generate an OOPs - I hope!

I would thnk there would be security considerations with this unless
we require GPG encryption for the option.
