Placing Card/Nametag Editor needed

I do believe this feature has been largely finished... in the cards editor?

However this tab has some presentation issues.

I have some code that the designer view must match.

My question is, would it not be a good idea to retire this bug since people are working on the forms/cards editor already... and this specific bug would be solved when that functionality is done.

The specifics of differences between this bug and another bug that deals with those differences directly, should be left to that bug which is more specific.
