Need non-administrative user group for counselors

At Science Leadership Academy and I'm sure many other schools, we have several staff such as counselors that deal with all students in the school. Currently the only way to get them onto the the intervention message checklist for all students seems to be adding them to the School Administrators group. We need a group to put these users in that will include them on all students' intervention checklist without giving them administrative privileges.

There is a 'Clerks' group for staff that deals with all students.

But it has no special permissions...

We'll probably actually deal with this by allowing the manager to make one of the admin groups read only.

I believe the "School Administrators" group now does what you need – it allows read-only access to most things, and also allows to deal with interventions.
