Playing specific (and seemingly random) files causes Play to hang indefinitely

Bug Description

I've been running into the following issue quite frequently now. I'm running Version 0.3.1b (1105). Here's the scenario:

I add music files to my play queue. They all load fine. They all display fine. Playback will begin, and will be fine -- until I reach a "problem file". When playback of a "problem file" starts (either because it was next in the queue, or I selected it to start manually), nothing happens. The progress bar remains at 0:00 and there is no output. The major issue, is that when I try to play any subsequent file afterwards, the same thing happens. The queue updates to the newly-selected-file-for-playback, but the progress bar remains at 0:00 and there is no output. The only fix it to quit Play and reopen it. The same file will repeat the behavior.

I believe there is something in specific music files (happens for both FLAC and mp3s) that Play incorrectly reads/interprets. Finding a "problem file" is somewhat random, because I don't know what's in the file that causes Play to display this behavior. But once I find one of these "problem files", the behavior can be seem 100% of the time, and is therefore quite easy to repeat.
