Both Firefox and Thunderbird froze while I was logging in to Morningstar.com

This is almost identical to my earlier issue reported as Bug555504 on Monday April 5, 2010. Only differnece now is that the apps simply froze - Ubuntu didn't auto reboot

Once again, FF3.5 froze the entire system with Mozilla Thunderbird running. No other apps were live. Ubuntu didn't auto-reboot - nor did I get any error messages on manual reboot after removing power supply.

Thank you for submitting this bug and reporting a problem with Thunderbird/Firefox.

You made this bug report in 2010 and there have been several versions of Ubuntu and Thunderbird/Firefox since then.

Could you confirm that this is no longer a problem and that we can close the ticket?
Or, if it is still a problem, could you run the following (only once):
apport-collect 564687

and upload the updated logs and and any other logs that are relevant for this particular issue.
