Binary package hint: update-manager

Update manager fails to give back last update time correctly. It writes the package information was updated 13 hours ago while I've last updated my system in the last 6 hours.

And repository indexes fail to download, with message:

I think this is a server problem.

This happened on all ubuntu computers I had installed. The server answers with 404 when trying to browser the files there. I believe this is an ubuntu infrastructure problem which affects quite a large amount of people.
