Binary package hint: update-manager

My internet connection is fully functional but still i got the message please check your internet connection
And got the detailed report about the error below

 Failed to fetch http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/t/thunderbird/thunderbird_3.0.4+nobinonly-0ubuntu2_i386.deb 404 Not Found [IP: 91.189.88.40 80]

Thank you for reporting this to Ubuntu. Unfortunately, there was an issue with Thunderbird 3.0.4+nobinonly-0ubuntu2 and it was pulled from the archive. If you still cannot update Thunderbird, please change the status back to New and provide new information. Please report any other issues you may find.
