Upgrade Enigmail in Lucid to 1.0.1

Binary package hint: enigmail

Eingmail version included in Lucid is 0.95.7, which has almost 8 months! (it's from August 2009).

Moreover, this version doesn't support Thunderbird 3.x included in Lucid. There is no point in having incompatible extension in official repositories, it should definitely be upgraded to the newest version.

This is even more important that the Lightning extension upgrade:

as official Enigmail works only with Mozilla official Thunderbird version. It is simply essential to have a proper version in repositories.
