Steps to reproduce:
Click on Transmission's notification icon with the LEFT mouse button.
What happens:
Menu pops up.
What is expected:
Trasmission gets minimized to its notification icon or gets shown.

Problem B:
Steps to reproduce:
Click on Transmission's notification icon with the RIGHT mouse button.
What happens:
Nothing.
What is expected:
Menu pops up.

Most other apps behave as expected (for example: gnome-do, emesene, xchat).
