Bug Description
Binary package hint: netbook-launcher
wrong icons alignment in RTL locale
in the rtl locale like Arabic the vertical bar appear to the right and this is right
but the icons in the nearby panel are aligned to the left
to Reproduce:
switch to rtl local like Arabic from the login window
what you see:
icons aligned to the left
what is expected:
icons aligned to the right

just to make it clear the hard-disk icons in the screen-shot should be on the right and the blank space should be on the left
