Bug Description
Binary package hint: kpackagekit
I launched kpackagekit to actually update my system. After a few minutes, while kpackagekit was updating packages, a panel update notification popped up about "updates available".
First of all this is a problem - if I have kpackagekit already started up and running, I should not be getting a notification of "updates available", which in turn has options of "update now".
Second of all, this panel notification causes kpackagekit to stop downloads of packages.
