Bug Description
Background:
The freedom toaster in the Zone Rosebank outside Yfm is not listed. The first drive has been vandalized / broken. However that is not the issue.
Steps to reproduce:
Take freedom toaster, insert no disk in Drive 1. Try toast something.
Proposed solution:
On failure, automaticaly fail onto next drive.
i.e. If drive 1 fails, retry using drive 2,
if drive 2 fails retry using drive 3. etc.

If a drive has been vandalized, you should (until you can replace it) disconnect the power to the drive, and remove it from config.pl, so that the toaster only uses the other drives.
