There is one package from `zope.app` namespace, but it does not install the `zope/app/__init__.py` file. Something has to install it,
so a simple native package is needed. To fix `zope.app.pagetemplate` Bug #561455 a python-zope.app package is needed, because automatic dependency generation of python-van.pydeb add namespace packages as dependencies. This is also needed for many other `zope.app.*` packages in the SchoolTool PPA.

zope.app.pagetemplate now provides 'python-zope.app' and installs the `zope/app/__init__.py` file. The package in Lucid had that file and is still the only package from 'zope.app' namespace in maverick. So the maverick package provides python-zope.app and conflicts with the separate, native package python-zope.app that was proposed, and may still be introduced the next cycle.
