Thanks for reporting the bug. This seems to be a missing depends in the packaging. I will fix that in the next upload (0.4.3). When the new version is available in the archive can you please retest and post results?

Of course. After manually installing python-pycurl Zoho starts normally, and as you sad webservice-office-zoho: 0.4.1 doesn't list it in the dependencies

Problem fixed in 0.4.3, python-pycurl_7.19.0-3 is installed correctly now on zoho install. Please close this bug
