Bug Description

Binary package hint: yelp

I opened Ubuntu help, searched for screensaver. The search took a while, but it showed some search results. Then I clicked on link "If you have been using Windows" And then it just keeps on loading forever.

Went through these intructions for the first time and the best way I could Here attached what I did using gdb from the command line in the end. Couldn't get anything useful out of it myself. Maybe I did not run the proper test. If so please advice.

there's no backtrace there, you need to attach gdb to that yelp process please read: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Backtrace#Already%20running%20programs
