New Tomboy icon does not show up

Bug Description
Binary package hint: ubuntu-mono
Although I have the latest version of the package installed, the new Tomboy icon does not show up. It also did not during the last couple of releases.
Please find a screenshot attached. You can clearly see that I have the latest version installed when looking at the wifi connection icon.
