Bug Description

I use Ubuntu Dapper on a PowerPC. I want to play with notify-send, but it didn't work:

I tried this:

notify-send "foo bar"

But nothing happens and notify-send even don't quit.
But every free CPU time is used by notify-send (80% and more).
