Bug Description
I used the warzone2100 package and found it not possible to use Chinese interface then I filed a bug to the wz2100 dev team for help. They replied and tell me about the solution.

It's a problem in QuesoGLC, fixed in their release-0.7 branch (r911 and
r912). Update that library, and/or report a bug for Ubuntu's libglc0.
