Reports can't be printed with GTK Client Version 5.0.7 and higher with Windows

Bug Description

I have tried the GTK Client Versions from 5.0.6 until 5.0.9 with Windows (XP and Seven). On the server I have the version 5.0.8. When I print a report, there appears only a DOS Window that disapears within a second and no report is generated.

I think, that would be very importend to fix.

We have checked it, but its not at all a problem here.
Would you please check again with a clean install?
