Bug Description

German umlaute are imported and displayed wrong:

Example (OL13851561M):
- MARC: "Über die Schwelle" (MARC details of talis_openlibrary_contribution/talis-openlibrary-contribution.mrc:188842172:399)
- OL: "U ber die Schwelle"

Three words out of hundreds:
"a ndern" (ändern) = 662 hits
"O sterreich" (Österreich = Austria) = 101 hits
"u ber" (über) = 809 hits

"Werkausgabe in zehn Bänden" became "Werkausgabe in zehn Ba nden" and "Günter Grass" became "Gu nter Grass".

Books like "Biedermeier in O?sterreich" (= Österreich) or "O ̈rtlich betäubt" are the visible problem:

The other one is the using of different encoding standards.
"Wörtlich betäubt" looks in most browsers like "Wörtlich betäubt", but I can't search the title:
