cannot login database time difference

Bug Description

WinXP/ GNUmed 0.7.
Could not login to Public DB, "More than 1 minute difference between server and frontend".
When "Debug mode" is marked, the message appears "more than 10 minutes difference between", but I can proceed with login.
I am in Timezone UTC +1/ Europe.

Please double check your system time. This message indicates that your clock
and the public server's clock have a difference of more then one minute.
Please check your time against http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/

Could not reproduce today, but did not change my time/date. Strange, maybe a problem with Windows, rather than GNUmed.
