[lucid] No suspend on P55 system

Bug Description

Binary package hint: linux-image

The system does not enter suspend, but wakes up immediatly. Worked fine on karmic, although it took almost 10 seconds to enter suspend.

The problem seems to be the USB device 8087:0020, the Intel Rate Matching Hub.
As soon as I disable it in the BIOS, suspend works.
This hub is probably on most P55-based, so I think it is important this gets fixed for the LTS release.
