Bug Description
I don't have Hebrew as preferred language and if I try to access this link:
https:/
I get :
Not showing suggestions from selected alternative language Hebrew (he). If you wish to see suggestions from this language, add it to your preferred languages first.
I know how to add Hebrew for my preferred languages, but this may not be obvious for other users.
I think that we can improve this message by linking to the users +editlanguages page.
