Fetching of desktop file pos needs to be improved

Currently desktop file pos for extragear and playground applications are listed in desktop-template-list, it however does not list revisions, versions or base paths. It would be very wise to at least store an associated revisoin and base path from SVN, along the file name.

At the tiem of writing the desktop file pos for extragear and playground are fetched from the same revision as KDE itself. This is however a problem, since most of those apps were not released the same time as KDE, and thus there is potential for breakage by having original desktop file and po not match.

Also, at some points it might be the case that some of those apps get released from stable branch rather than trunk, and to cope well with those cases it is necessary to store the base path, or at least the keywords for either trunk or stable. Otherwise we might again run into mismatches.

This is not most urgent, but should be taken care of for maverick.
