Binary package hint: xserver-
Wheel on touchpad doesn't work.when this laptop was presented to me it was running win xp sp1. Wheel was working, but after I reinstalled win and installed all drivers it stopped. The same is on Ubuntu.
Not only me has this problem.

There have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time you reported the bug and your problem may have been fixed with some of the updates. If you could test the current Ubuntu stable release(maverick ubuntu 10.10), this would help us a lot.
