Bug Description

Binary package hint: ubuntuone-client

Ubuntu one was attempting to load up and I got a window pop up that claims that it crashed. There is no longer an Ubuntu One icon in the top left corner so i assume it failed to load.

Discription: Ubuntu 9.10
Release: 9.10

Synaptic 0.62.5

I expected the Ubuntu One applet to load. What happened instead was it crashed and failed to load.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. This particular bug has already been reported and is a duplicate of bug 458393, so it is being marked as such. Please look at the other bug report to see if there is any missing information that you can provide, or to see if there is a workaround for the bug. Additionally, any further discussion regarding the bug should occur in the other report. Please continue to report any other bugs you may find.

The current workaround for this issue is to right-click the Ubuntu One applet -> Select "preferences" -> set "connect on start" to "never". Note that you will need to manually connect in order to be able to sync your files after doing this. This can be done by left-clicking the Ubuntu One applet & selecting "connect".
