Bug Description

Please consider granting a freeze exception for
libmediawiki-api-perl/0.30-1. The new version handles the login token
that recent versions of MediaWiki require.

Upstream changelog:

0.30 2010-04-08
        MediaWiki >= 1.15.3 and MediaWiki >= 1.16.0beta2 now require a
        login token to be sent when logging in. Please see
        https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=23076 for more
        details. The MediaWiki::API login method is now adjusted to
        handle this automatically. Thanks to Brent Garber for the heads
        up and the patch which I used with some minor modifications.

Note: The package can be synced from Debian unstable once it has been
uploaded.

Regards,
Ansgar

Hi Ansgar,

thanks for the report. I don't have any objections, but I'd very much appreciate it if we can sync it from unstable. I'm hence setting it to uncomplete, please set it back to new once it's in unstable, thanks!

Cheers,
    Stefan.
