Please could you upgrade to latest version of gwibber (2.30.0.1) and desktopcouch (0.6.4) and check if this problem is still affecting you? Thanks!

seems to be working fine so far...although I've since finished adding my accounts. I'd have to delete them all and re-add them again to test.

@Gary, any news about this issue? Please could you check if this behaviour is still occurring with latest release included in Ubuntu Maverick (if is possible of course). Thanks!

I haven't found any problems with the gwibber client or service while testing maverick, apart from disliking the magically appearing buttons in the Accounts window.

I only had this crash with lucid. It has not occurred for me at all with maverick. I no longer use lucid, so I do not know if it was fixed there. (But there is a duplicate bug #629849 from Nielstest in September.)

closing this bug since its not an issue with gwibber 2.32.2 in natty and also the fact that we(gwibber-team) wont be fixing this bug in the 2.30 series
