embed: thumbnail icon shows in embed

Bug Description

The thumbnail mode icon appears in the embed mode. The icon should not appear (in order to be consistent with the other modes).

Added .thumbnail_mode to BookReaderEmbed.css

The thumbnail icon should not appear in embed mode. For testing you should use www-testflip, so here is the example URL: http://www-testflip.archive.org/stream/bokeofsaintalban00bernuoft?ui=embed#page/n5/mode/2up

The embed URL can be constructed for any book by adding ?ui=embed after the /stream/{identifier} part of the URL.

Thumbnail does not appear in embedded mode. Testing PC/IE8 thumbnail doesn't appear in thumbnail mode. Filing separate bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/bookreader/+bug/562534
