Bug Description

Binary package hint: gwibber

Make gwibber allow users select the URL shortening service they prefer.
As a personal choice I'd like to have bit.ly available.

you can change URL shortening service in gwibber 2.29.95 though bit.ly is not available

go to edit>preferences and in messages tab you have five URL shortening services. We can change this bug to a wishlist report about bit.ly
