rapidsvn's .desktop has gone missing

Bug Description

Bug 47258 is against the .desktop of rapidsvn. No .desktop however is included in the source or the binary distribution of rapidsvn - has it been lost in the process? It would be nice to fix the typo once it has been found ...Thanks

According to http://packages.ubuntu.com/cgi-bin/search_contents.pl?searchmode=filelist&word=rapidsvn&version=edgy&arch=i386
the .desktop should be there. But it isn't:

A compliant and working .desktop is included in rapidsvn 0.9.4-0ubuntu1.

Will this version be backported to Edgy/Dapper? It is kind of annoying.
