Bug Description

Binary package hint: linux-wlan-ng-firmware

This is a bug in Dapper.

The package linux-wlan-ng relies on (at least) fakeroot, dpkg-dev, and subversion. However, none of these are listed as dependencies. As a result, if you just install linux-wlan-ng and try to run /usr/bin/linux-wlan-ng-build-firmware-deb, it doesn't work.

This bug overlaps with bug 29706, but that one has a larger scope and has been put on hold due to missing information. Meanwhile, there's a perfectly fixable problem with dependencies that can be addressed right now. :)
