Bug Description

Binary package hint: desktop-webmail

Rational: needed for lightweight netbook experience on armel
Maintainer: ubuntu mobile team
Standards compliance: obeys FHS etc.
i18n: uses gettext and friends
UI-standards: uses (translatable) .desktop files
Dependencies: all in main
security: new software; no security track record; no ports open; does not run as root.
Maintenance: simple package with one binary package, developed by canonical; supported by mobile team
Background:
 * provides a wrapper for mailto: urls
 * ships a .xml file to add Desktop Webmail to gnome's default applications dialog
 * allows users to select webmail provider on first use or through Preferences -> Desktop Webmail

Other: lightweight package with just one dialog allowing to configure which webmail to use

Looks okay to me, approved. I just wonder why we need a patch for a native package?

its not done natively ... its a upstream release and a cherry-pick patch from a commit done after the release we packaged.
