Default theme has readability issues

I have attached a screenshot that pretty much says it all. Not only to the black borders look ugly (imho) but the black bar headings are scarcely readable

This might be related to http://qa.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=103999 I am waiting to hear back from upstream to see.

Seems the upstream bug in #2 is not relevant since this is still a problem in Libreoffice 3.3.
Seems to occur with a number of dark themes so should probably be reported upstream at https://bugs.freedesktop.org//enter_bug.cgi?product=LibreOffice

There are no new official OpenOffice.org releases in Ubuntu packaging anymore => Won't Fix

If the problem persists, please mark this bug as "also affects project Libreoffice" or "also affects distribution Libreoffice (Ubuntu)" if that has not happened already.

Please leave references to upstream OpenOffice.org bugs in place to allow cross pollination.

Since this bug was reported, the Ambiance theme has been updated and LibreOffice has removed the black borders.
