Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnash

Steps:

1- Hi, I installed Adobe Flash player from Ubuntu repository
2- I go to Google Chrome or Firefox plugins list and I see Adobe Flash player
3- I Install Gnash Mozilla plugin from Ubuntu repository
4- I go to Google Chrome or Firefox plugins list and now I see that only Gnash plugin is showed. I don't see Adobe Flash player listed anymore.

How should work:
Gnash shouldn't "replace" Adobe flash player on Browsers plugin list. Should appear the two plugins on browser plugin list

Obs: I reported this problem to Google Chrome team and they said this is a Ubuntu problem. See the bug report, (comment 5 is more important) http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=40732

Hope Ubuntu team fix this problem. Thanks

You are supposed to use the "alternatives" system to switch between the two. In auto mode, it prefers gnash.
