The win32 and pixmaps directories are not in the tarball archive

for me, don't had folder pixmaps or .ico, .bmp ..., in folders dist or build, when I build the server, and not present when I install the server (with windows)
no icon used for openerp-client/server/web on desktop, or program, uninstall program ....
