Bug Description

Binary package hint: update-manager

The alternate sshd that's started for upgrades via ssh is only useful if the alternate port is open on the firewall. It might be worth mentionting this in the upgrade instructions for forgetfull admins who don't think of it (like me).

Fixing this will involve a string freeze so I would lean towards waiting for maverick for this.

lucid has seen the end of its life and is no longer receiving any updates. Marking the lucid task for this ticket as "Won't Fix".
