Bug Description
Install UEC from the ISO and you the eucalyptus packages and their dependencies.
This does not necessarily include the full Ubuntu Server suite and all of it's useful utilities (vim, screen, etc).
Having talked this over with Thierry, we agree that UEC should be a superset of the Ubuntu Server. This is easy to fix in eucalyptus-udeb.

Lowering priority since this is not really a bug, keeping targeted to Lucid since we would like that fixed for release.
