I can't tell if this patch is still relevant; the Vietnamese translation was updated
in rev. 941 (2006-09-07) and rev. 1034 (2008-01-03), both after this patch was submitted. Clytie, can you please say if this patch still matters, or if it should just be closed? Thanks!
