Include FullName in roster views

Patch HTMLFormat.py FormatUsers() to return "fullname"
alongside email. This is used by the "Show Members"
button on the listinfo page.

Patch is for HTMLFormat.py at CVS rev 2.38 (2.1.3) and
was tested with rev 2.39.

I'm pretty sure this is the patch that I got my sysadmin to install with Mailman 2.1.x back in 2004. Is there any way to vote to get this into the trunk? [With a less friendly sysadmin unwilling to reapply this to each of the several 2.1 releases, this functionality has been lost in my installations.]

The patch in comment #1 doesn't display well and is reversed. Here's a slightly different patch to do essentially the same thing.

And here's a patch which will show only the non-empty real names of the list members in the roster as text only, not as links to the member's options page. This is in response to <http://mail.python.org/pipermail/mailman-users/2012-February/072918.html>.
