Thank you for taking the time to report this bug.

Could you please provide some information on how you've set up php5-cgi/spawn-fcgi/nginx (appropriate config files and such)?
Also, does this occur on all php scripts ?

This looks similar to segfault issue I'm having with lycid beta (well, at least beginning of the trace looked similar). In my case PHP segfaults right away with mediawiki/gallery2 (no nginx here). I generated a backtrace following /usr/share/doc/apache2.2-common/README.backtrace, hope it's useful.
