Please sync get-iplayer 2.76-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

This is the last offical upstream release by the orignal author. We are confident that it will recieve suitable community support to maintain it. Due to the massive changes in the code base, and how complex it is - it makes really good sense to have the same version as Debian (which i believe this version will eventually hit testing, and probably release). It's been out in the wild for quite a while, and seems to be the most stable release.

Basically, you need to explain why this version is the ONE to have in Ubuntu, attach the build log and describe the tests you did.
