Bug Description
Binary package hint: erlang
Erlang eats up my bandwith upload.

See attached screenshot -- Erlang eats up 14KB/s (My maximum upload is 15-16KB/s)

seems to be a one-time bug.. newer erlang packages are available and looks like they fixed the problem
