Effect when you start Docky

I think it would be good to have a simple animation or effect when we initiated the Docky. For example when the Mac is started the dock "up".

I think to make an effect may not be quite so easy ,but it would give a more professional air to Docky since when we started the session we would see this animation.

Not meaning to hijack, but perhaps the initial animation of the dock coming into view at load time -- which is what I assume this bug is about -- could be the same as the one set for auto-hiding?

You already have a fade and a slide animation for the dock; perhaps it could just use those. Seems like the most minimalistic thing to do.

What about a similar effect when leaving the session. The problem is the way the session is ended might change from distro to distro, and might be too brutal for the effect to be noticed by the user.

There is no way to do exit animations.
